History
Stock
Page Stock was established in 1825 by Messrs. Stock and Page to
provide a property service in Central London. The company developed
close links to The City early on with a long-standing association
with the Haberdasher's Company. Stock Page Stock was involved
in the development of whole areas of London, including that of
New Cross from a handful of farms to the bustling Borough that
it is today.
The
close links with the City continue today with offices based in
the area for the last 100 years. However Stock Page Stock has
moved with the times and whilst still managing the remnants of
the old Haberdasher properties, the company has developed a client
base of Pension Funds, Property Asset Managers and indeed Individual
Investors for whom it acquires property Nationwide.
Stock
Page Stock is a small company and as such takes its clients very
seriously. Over the last four years the company has built up a
department to deal specifically with our client's investment requirements.
Whilst the Company has dealt for many years with residential,
retail and office investments, other opportunities were identified
as potentially lucrative for our clients. In the last four years
Stock Page Stock has been active in the ground rent, nursing home
and student accommodation markets.
Stock
Page Stock has recently undergone a merger with French property
group Lamy to form a new, dynamic company, SPS Lamy. With offices
throughout France and the UK, SPS Lamy are well versed in handling
all property requirements.
